Our place is just in front of the nature park and whenever it rains the view is just breathtaking , the foggy green forest , clear blue sky , cool breeze . We have been telling each other that we shld go for a jog in the park but it never happen till today, i decided to exercise more as my back is less painful this morning. I ate my breakfast , tidied up a bit the house, and off i went for a jog. The jog today was a good start , the park is small but it has many different route you can see different plants along the jog. About 30 minutes of slow jog, i was all in sweat. I think i will jog more during the weekends, so that i can win the birthday bet and piggy will stay the same as a piggy. (evil grins ...)
