Porky and i have given Mdm McBing ( Porky s Mum ) a nickname called Her Highness, as Porky is officially Prince de la Bun of Singapore. Mdm McBing has decided to change her Queen size bed, therefore we as her servants will need to hunt high and low for her.
I got the pamphlet one day in my mail box for a mattress promotion at Bt Batok and off we went to see the mattress on Saturday, and that was how Porky hopped from one bed to another in 2 hours to test them in his side sleeper pose in the factory shop.
We finally chosen a Queen size bed which we thought it was good and reasonably priced. After payin we left for home, and here comes the call from the shop, telling us that the price is wrong , Porky is to pay 200 SGD more. I was thinking could they be a con? Anyway , the sales girl promised to reply tomorrow to confirm the final price, and we are to decide if we want it or not. Wasted our precious time.
On Labout Day morning, after breakfast , Porky and i started our first Yoga video lesson after years. It is really difficult as we have lost our flexibility and strength, after stopped practising for 5 years. You can hear two Ah Peks cried in pain, while trying to maintain the posture. But Porky was good spirited, he only gave up after a few sessions.
I have just got through second interview with my ex company on Friday night, and the offer is much better than what i am getting now. i will start to face challeges again.
